As more enterprise customers adopt the cloud and migrate to AWS, they are faced with cloud management challenges across their multiple environments (on-premises, on AWS, or on multicloud). Organizations are forced to use different management tools for their hybrid and multicloud environments, struggling to achieve commonalities in application development, operations, observability, tools and resources. To help customers with these challenges, AWS has been extending its cloud services to help customers streamline, manage, and govern their hybrid and multicloud infrastructure and applications. In this talk, we will focus on the 1/ Management & Governance of multicloud: Performing both preventative and reactive actions at scale across all of Cloud environments to maximize uptime and ensure compliance 2/Building multicloud observability: Monitoring and alerting across your environments to create actionable data for planning and operations. 3/Use case on how customers centralize configuration management and compliance reporting enabling monitoring the configurations of tens of thousands of VMs, managed databases, storage, and networking components from AWS and other cloud providers. 4/Using AWS AI/ML solutions to evaluate resource configurations for potential vulnerabilities, and review your configuration history after potential security incidents and to obtain a centralized view of your resource inventory and compliance, and run advanced queries on the aggregated data
